Hubbard Broadcasting ABC affiliate WDIO/10.1 (Duluth) has updated its logo, set, and on-air graphics and added a new evening co-anchor.
The set, featuring locally-made desks and artwork, debuted Jan. 30 along with the new graphics. The logo has been transitioned in over the past month, replacing a circular “10/13” logo that had been in use for about four decades.
WDIO also named Baihly Warfield, who has reported at the station since 2015, a co-anchor of its 10 p.m. newscast, marking the first time since the mid-1980’s the station has had a dual anchor format.
WDIO continues to be rebroadcast on WIRT/13.1 (Hibbing).
