KCWV/27.1 (Duluth) has returned to the air after having been silent since last year due to transmitter issues.
The 40kW station is again carrying AMG TV, which features general entertainment programming from the past few decades, and does not appear to sell local advertising.
It has previously been carried on DISH Network, which was still showing a ‘station off air’ slate on channel 27 as of Wednesday evening.
KCWV is owned by the Flinn family’s JSD Properties, LLC.
