iHeart’s “Game” To Be Heard in Four Markets

Minnesota has “The Fan” and now Wisconsin has “The Game.”

While iHeartMedia distributes “The Fan” to more than a dozen markets in Minnesota and North Dakota, its “The Game” will soon add a fourth Wisconsin market.

The daytime sports talk lineup, originating on “97.3 The Game” (WRNW Milwaukee), had already been syndicated to Midwest’s WNFL/1440 and W270AJ/101.9 (Green Bay). Midwest is now adding it on stations in Wausau and Duluth-Superior, with WDUL/970 (Superior) already airing “The Game:”

Meanwhile, “The Game” will launch Monday, Nov. 2, on Midwest’s W230BU/93.9 (Rothschild-Wausau) and WRIG/1390 (Schofield-Wausau). The expansion was a topic of discussion on “The Game” on Friday:

“The Game” lineup consists of Steve Czaban from 6 to 9, John Kuhn and Brian Butch from 9 to Noon, Ted Davis and Dario Melendez from 12 to 3, and Drew Olson and Kevin Brandt from 3 to 6.

WRNW, WNFL, and WRIG also carry FOX Sports Radio overnight, while WDUL carries CBS Sports Radio overnight.

In Duluth-Superior, “The Game” competes with iHeart’s Minneapolis-based “Fan” network, heard on Townsquare Media’s W293CT/106.5 and WEBC/560 (Duluth).
