Less than a week after returning to DirecTV, Sioux Falls FOX affiliate KTTW/7 is also back on Mediacom after resolving a long-running retransmission consent dispute.
TVNewsCheck reported that KTTW had been off Mediacom since October 2016. Mediacom’s service area includes Brookings and much of southwestern Minnesota, while Sioux Falls itself is served by a different cable provider.
KTTW had also left DirecTV early this year and returned Feb. 27.
The station is owned by Independent Communications, a locally-owned company that owns no other stations.
