Weekly Log: New Reporter in Minneapolis, Other TV Moves

Reporter Ashley Grams has joined CBS O&O WCCO-TV/4 (Minneapolis).

Allen Media ABC affiliate WKOW/27 (Madison) has promoted Lucas Kihmm to weekend morning anchor. The station also recently promoted Chloe Morrissey to weekend evening anchor.

Brendan Pham has joined Gray NBC/CBS affiliate KBJR/6 (Superior-Duluth) as morning meteorologist.

Meteorologist Lauren Larsen has departed Scripps NBC affiliate WGBA/26 (Green Bay) for a new job at sister station WTMJ-TV/4 (Milwaukee).

Anchor/reporter Brooklyn Andres has departed Gray NBC affiliate WMTV/15 (Madison) for a new job at the Gray station in Cincinnati.

Wisconsin’s Prayz Network posted a note on Facebook saying that WEQR/100.9 (Tomahawk) was off the air due to an antenna fire; the post has been removed since it was first noted here.

Morgan Murphy Media CBS affiliate WISC-TV/3 (Madison) reported that work is underway on the station’s new UHF digital replacement translators, which will operate on channel 25 in Madison and channel 22 in Janesville. The new signals are expected to sign on in early August.
