iHeartMedia is buying an FM translator to relay KLTC/1460 (Dickinson, ND).
An asset purchase agreement filed with the FCC indicates iHM Licenses, LLC will pay the University of Northwestern-St. Paul $12,500 for K295BR/106.9 (Dickinson).
K295BR had previously carried the programming of KSLT/107.1 (Spearfish, SD), which is now relayed on KSLS/90.7 (Dickinson).
The application indicates iHeart will switch K295BR’s input station to KLTC, which caries a Classic Country format.
KLTC is the only AM station in iHeart’s Dickinson cluster. The group also includes Rocker “Z92.1” (KZRX) and Country station KCAD/99.1.
