Roy Leavitt’s Faith Broadcasting has filed an application to transfer the license of KHRT-FM/106.9 (Minot), which went off the air earlier this year.
The asset purchase agreement filed with the FCC on Dec. 20 indicates Joe Goldade’s RadioDifferently, LLC is buying KHRT-FM from Faith Broadcasting for $240,000. Goldade has no other broadcast interests.
The deal does not include KHRT/1320 (Minot), which is also silent.
Plans for KHRT-FM have not been announced. It had carried a Contemporary Christian format that competed with several national and regional Christian networks serving Minot.
Commercially, iHeartMedia owns four FM stations and two AM’s in Minot and Programmers Broadcasting owns two FM’s.
