Several New FM Signals Sign On (Updated)

A handful of new FM signals have signed on around the Upper Midwest in recent months, in addition to those that have already been documented here in previous posts. These 250-Watt FM translators granted as part of the AM revitalization effort have recently signed on:

  • Long Prairie, MN: K276GS/103.1, relaying the Country format of KEYL/1400
  • Fargo, ND: K252GC/98.3, relaying the Catholic “Real Presence Radio” network from KVOX/1280 (Moorhead)
  • Winner, SD: K248DI/97.5, relaying the Country format of KWYR/1260
  • Neillsville, WI: W253CN/98.5, relaying Soft Oldies station WCCN/1370
  • Rice Lake, WI: Two new translators: W243ED/96.5, relaying News/Light AC from WJMC/1240, and W299CQ/107.7, relaying Sports Talk from WAQE/1090
