Companies related to Flood Communications are buying majority interest in a radio group in Nebraska’s Tri-Cities in a deal that keeps the current owner as a minority shareholder in most of the stations.
According to documents filed with the FCC, Flood Communications of Omaha LLC is buying Adult Contemporary station KLIQ/94.5 (Hastings) from Platte River Radio for $539,620.

The buyer is owned by Flood Communications West, LLC (30%), Flood Communications Beatrice, LLC (25%), and Platte River Radio (45%). Platte River Radio will receive $1,079,240.
