FCC Monitor: Seller to Continue Ad Sales on Black Hills Stations

An amendment specifies that the seller of three Black Hills radio stations will be able to continue selling some ads on the stations. Meanwhile, a “K” callsign has been proposed in southeastern Wisconsin.
