The head of the company that currently owns “Wisconsin 106” (WCWI/106.1 Adams) is selling the station, but will continue working there.
According to documents filed with the FCC, Casper Communications LLC is selling WCWI to Heart of Wisconsin Media LLC for $350,000. The asset purchase agreement states that Casper’s Joseph Deschler will continue as a salesperson at the station for at least the next 13 months.
Heart of Wisconsin Media is owned by Marcus Jaeger of Bartlett, Illinois. Neither the buyer nor the seller has any other broadcast interests.
WCWI carries an Adult Contemporary format.
