Several More DTV Subchannels Added in Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska

Catching up on some new launches and others that were missed in initial reports, here are several more digital TV subchannels have been added on regional stations since several other recent articles on the subject:

Cedar Rapids: Scripps’ KPXR added Newsy on 48.7.

Des Moines: Scripps’ KFPX added Newsy on 39.7.

Duluth: TCT’s KCWV continues to run a slate on 27.5, which has been up since August, saying that a new channel is coming soon.

Lincoln: Standard Media’s KLKN added Defy on 8.5.

Minneapolis: Hubbard’s KSTP-TV added TrueReal on 5.5 starting Oct. 18. Meanwhile, HC2’s K33LN-D has added Classic Reruns TV on 33.8.

Omaha: Hearst’s KETV added getTV on 7.5.

Rochester: Hubbard’s KAAL added Defy on 6.3, TrueReal on 6.4, and Newsy on 6.5.
