Viewers in Duluth and Sioux Falls each have one more digital TV channel to watch after recent additions by Radiant Life Ministry/Tri-State Christian Television stations.

KCWV (Duluth) has added Twist on channel 27.7. It’s the station’s sixth channel and the 28th channel available in the Twin Ports, not including duplicates.
